Monthly financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP and are supported by Yardi Systems, a global leader in property management software. UPM offers full-cycle accounting services - managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, monthly financial statements, annual budgeting, variance analysis, and insurance renewal services. We provide a web-based, association portal for trustees to review financial reports and for owners to review their ledgers.

UPM offers twenty-four hour, on-call maintenance support seven days a week. Our team is focused on providing proactive maintenance and will review the mechanical and physical needs of the property to ensure proper upkeep. Scheduling and communication with staff is assisted by specialized property management software enabling accurate follow-through and historical data. We offer a broad range of maintenance services: common area cleaning and trash management, painting, electrical and plumbing repairs, seasonal landscaping and snow removal.

Our managers oversee the planning, coordination, vendor and material selection, and job oversight of improvements and capital projects.
