Upon termination as a client of Urban Property Management, all accounts for a given community association and individual community residents will be rendered inactive, all passwords used to access Urban Property Management’s systems will be rendered invalid, and no further access will be granted to property-related files or information.
Severability and Conflicts with other Terms
If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, in whole or in part, then that provision will be severable from these Terms of Use and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. Conflicts between these Terms of Use and the specific terms and conditions of any other agreements relating to your accounts with Urban Property Management or specific products or services will be controlled by the specific terms and conditions of the other agreements relating to those accounts, products or services.
