Urban Property Management Extends South Boston Presence

BOSTON, March 17th, 2008 -- Urban Property Management has just completed transition of management from developer-to-association for another medium-sized condominium trust in the South Boston; this one consisting of residential 16 units. This addition increases the visibility of Urban Property Management, which is already a favorite among several condo trusts in the surrounding neighborhoods.

“Southie is a terrifically diverse neighborhood, with many new developments recently completed and several more nearing completion,” says Bill Kasper, Owner and Senior Property Manager. “We’re proud to expand our services here in the neighborhood and look forward to working with our new clients and the neighborhood.”

Urban Property Management has been instrumental in helping local developers and investors seamlessly transition their residential and mixed-use projects from the development-phase to the owners and newly-elected boards of trustees. Urban is doing the same for a ultra-luxury 9 unit residential project in the South End as well, earning accolades for assisting with follow-up with the new owners and aiding communication with the developer for everything from closing punch-lists to selecting vendors for snow removal and janitorial services.
