Urban Property Management Announces New Services
BOSTON, November 14th, 2008 – Urban Property Management is proudly announcing a variety of new services that will be offered to their clientele. In addition handling all day-to-day property management, janitorial, and snow removal services, Urban will now offer skilled labor services, including but not limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting. The news comes with great excitement for both Urban as well as their customers, who now have a well-known, reliable vendor to provide these typically expensive services at a fraction of what it would cost to bring in a third-party contractor.
“The addition of services allows Urban Property Management to stay competitive and progressive, even in a depressed economy,” says Bill Kasper, Owner and Senior Property Manager. “Whether you have curtains to hang, a light fixture to swap out, a garbage disposal that needs to be installed, or you’re looking for a whole new bathroom, our recently-expanded maintenance staff will be able to handle it. Gone are the days of a service request beyond our means, and we are very excited that our customers can now contact us with any and all of their needs, regardless of size”.
