Urban Property Management Expands Luxury Portfolio

BOSTON, May 1st, 2008 – Urban Property Management is proud to announce the addition of 48 Commonwealth Avenue to its luxury portfolio. This is the fourth property in the Urban Property Management’s luxury portfolio, also consisting of 340 Commonwealth Avenue, the Brooke House on Chandler at 79 Chandler Street, and the Savoy Condominiums at 1280 Washington Street.

48 Commonwealth is a six unit condominium with garage parking and a concierge. The property was developed by Stonegate Group LLC of Needham.
