Bill Kasper - Owner, President and Senior Property Manager

Before Urban Property Management, some fifteen plus years ago, Bill Kasper owned and operated Boston Property Contractors, a fully licensed contracting company. Upon starting Urban Property Management Bill Kasper continued to grow the company focusing on neighborhoods such as the South End, Back Bay and South Boston. In 2003, Urban Property Management acquired Chamberlain Management and has continued to grow and increase the company’s presence in the Boston area.

Michael Bond - Vice President of Operations

Upon starting at Urban Property Management in August 2004, Michael apprenticed with Bill Kasper as an assistant property manager. Quickly moving to VP of Operations, Michael now handles all new business, marketing, human resources, information technology, and corporate financials. Michael is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Computer Science.

Joshua Considine - Property Manager

Joshua handles field operations, capital improvement projects and service/maintenance for Urban's growing portfolio of properties. Joshua brings a diverse background to the Urban Property Management team. He is a licensed real estate agent with experience in sales, rentals and development. He is also a licensed general contractor with professional experience in plumbing, heating, electrical and frame to finish carpentry. Joshua spent the first 7 years of his career is the service and hospitality industry. Joshua is a graduate of Saint Lawrence University with a degree in Economics and Political Science.

Frances Cross - Office Administrator

Frances recently joined Urban Property Management with a background in Real Estate and Customer Service. She is the Office Administrator and handles all of the administrative work for Urban. Frances is a graduate of Lehigh Valley College with a degree in Visual Communications.

Jackie Oliveri - Senior Accountant

John Hamilton - Accountant

John Hamilton manages the financial portfolio for all properties in our clientèle. He is responsible for processing all payable accounts, collecting and posting unit owner remittances, working with clients to properly adjust annual budgets, and monthly reporting to each of our Condominium Trusts. Prior to joining Urban, he was a full-cycle accountant for a Florida condominium development, creating and managing the condominium association from the ground up. John is a 2006 graduate of the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
