Bill Kasper - President and Senior Property Manager

Boston-born and raised, Bill Kasper is a second-generation property manager, who is possibly most at home clambering over roofs and scrutinizing building system integrities. Combine this with Bill’s favorite aspect of his job: spending face-time with his clients, and you have the perfect guy at the helm of your property management company.

Bill started in brokerage over 20 years ago, gravitated to construction management and transitioned into property management following requests for his services by numerous building owners and associations.  He has grown Urban Property Management into the company it is today.

Combining real estate experience with the extensive technical know-how of a licensed construction manager, property management comes naturally to Bill; he balances the excitement of raising two teenage daughters and running his business with yoga and sailing.

Joshua Considine (and Murphy) - Property Manager

Joshua oversees all field operations, capital improvement projects and service/maintenance staff. He loves the fact that his job is completely different everyday.

Josh is a licensed real estate agent with experience in sales, rentals and development. He is also a licensed general contractor with professional experience in plumbing, heating, electrical and frame-to-finish carpentry.

He is a graduate of Saint Lawrence University with a degree in Economics and Political Science.

Joshua began his professional career in the service and hospitality industry, which makes him very pleasant in the middle of the night, for that emergency call - no matter what.

Michael Palomo – Service Coordinator

Michael joined the Urban team in 2009 as Office Administrator and recently joined the service department as Service Coordinator. He is responsible for coordinating client service needs and handles communications within the department.

Michael is a graduate of University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in Communications and studied in New York at Parsons School of Design. He has over 15 years experience in production and client services.

Jacquelyn Oliveri – Account Services

Jacquelyn is responsible for financial oversight of accounting and account services at Urban Property Management.

A magna cum laude graduate of Boston College, Jackie earned her Master’s Degree in Accounting and Tax from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. With more than twenty years of experience in the financial field, Jacquelyn has worked in public accounting, investment banking and real estate.

John Hamilton - Account Services

When he isn’t playing golf or throwing a Frisbee, John is working with condo association trustees to monitor finances and tweak budgets. John is part of the team that manages Urban Property Managements mid-sized properties.

John is a 2006 graduate of the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire and is currently pursuing a Masters in Accounting at the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

Kelly Posey - Accounting

Kelly joined Urban in 2010 as the Office Administrator and has since transitioned to the accounting team where she is responsible for processing payable accounts, annual budgets and monthly reporting for many of Urban’s condominium trusts. With over eight years of property management experience, Kelly approaches the financial health of each condominium with a keen eye for details.

When Kelly isn’t managing monthly financials she’s at home hanging out with her six-year-old son, Dylan, playing with trucks and transformers. Kelly loves reading www.people.com or anything with juicy celebrity gossip!

Meaghan Considine - Communications and Logistical Support

Meaghan is the newest addition to the Urban team. A recent graduate of Boston University, Meaghan is now the Office Administrator and in charge of communication with clients and vendors.

While already an avid fan of South End art and eateries, Meaghan also enjoys learning about the history and architecture of the neighborhood’s buildings. On her morning commute Meaghan is probably listening to M. Ward, Bon Iver and monthly playlists from www.missmoss.co.za

Hunter

Hunter is a rescue puppy from Puerto Rico and a recent addition to the Urban office. He is currently training in document retrieval and collections.
