“… I want to give a compliment. I just came home from the gym and there was an Urban employee washing the lobby floors. I'm embarrassed to say that I did not ask his name. However he was so friendly and kind, he summoned the elevator for me, and all the while was smiling. We exchanged pleasantries and really it was uneventful but it left me feeling, well, just nice I suppose; it had enough of an impact for me to sit down and write this short note.
